RETURN / REFUND POLICY

RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED BY US WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT ALONG WITH "RETURNS FORM"

We do not refund the cost of shipping, only cost of item.

Please make sure to fill out the "Returns form". All returned products must be impeccable and with labels.

RETURNING ITEMS TO US: All returns must be made by post, we will not accept returns in our boutique.

Shipping of a return for a refund will be at your cost. We do not accept liability for lost packages sent to us by you. For security we recommend that you use track and trace.

REFUND: We can't refund your order if it doesn't comply with our returns policy above. Returned goods will be checked for quality and that our conditions of return were followed. Once cleared, you will receive a refund of the purchase price (excluding the shipping costs, duties, taxes and/or loss in value) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. We will update you as soon as we have received and evaluated the returned item. We will inform you when the refund was approved and from that moment, you should receive your money within 3 days working days.
