RETURN / REFUND POLICY
RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED BY US WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT ALONG WITH THE COMPLETED RETURNS FORM
We do not refund shipping costs, only the cost of the item.
Please make sure to fill out the "Returns Form". All returned products must be in perfect condition and with original labels attached.

RETURNING ITEMS TO US: All returns must be made by post. We do not accept returns in our boutique.

Shipping of a return for a refund will be at your cost. We are not liable for lost packages sent to us. For security, we recommend using a tracked shipping service.
REFUND: We cannot issue a refund if the return does not comply with our policy above. Returned goods will be checked for quality and to ensure our return conditions were followed. Once approved, you will receive a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs, duties, taxes and/or any loss in value) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. We will update you as soon as we have received and evaluated the returned item. We will inform you when the refund has been approved, and from that moment you should receive your money within 3 working days.
